This has been discussed previously. It's actually a pretty old problem. There appears to be some interference between the Bluetooth and WiFi chips both using 2.4 GHz, which only happens when you're on any of the 802.11 protocols other than 802.11a or 802.11ac (both use 5 GHz).Nope, it's the problem that Macbook can't reconnect to wifi after waken up from sleep and people with the issue have to turn wifi off and on to reconnect. I have this issue on my late 2013 MBPr.

"Anyone know the solution or reasons why they hide the user's file or whatever?"
They didn't. It's a glitch on some computers
I've just done a clean install. everything went fine
See my post above. Give it a try and see if it fixes it.The Internet connection stops working erratically even though it's still connected. There are threads about this on Apples support forums and no one has any idea how to fix it. Same issue on my Air and Retina both after updating to Mavericks. Well my Retina came with Mavericks.
Edit: still happening on 10.9.3. Great.
have they finally fixed finder's inability to use trackpad gestures yet? In previous versions of os x, you could swipe left/right to go forwards/backwards in a window, but in mavericks it stopped working, which is incredibly ****ing retarded.
my /Users folder was hidden. Changed the flags so it's visible again but Tunnelblick still throws this error (repairing permissions and restarting didn't help so far)

The best way Apple could fix Mail.app is to kill it. Desktop mail clients are an impediment to the cloud. Webmail clients like Gmail.com and Outlook.com are the future. Killing Mail.app would be a good shove in the right direction.
I have three iMacs. One brand new that I bought with Mavericks. Two that have been upgraded to Mavericks. One had a clean install. The third did not.
Mail doesn't work properly on any of them. We've been using Airmail.app since Mavericks came out because Apple has been a complete failure for us when it comes to mail. It's really frustrating because I run my entire company on email and text messages.
When I delete a message on my iPad at lunch, it's still there on my iMac when I get home. It will usually stay there until I restart. Mail works perfectly on my iPads/iPhones.
Another thing that bothers me, my iPhone will ding, my iPad will ding, Airmail.app will ding with a new email. Mail on the Mac. Nothing. The messages show up randomly when they're ready. Not when people send them.
Obviously Apple knows this is still happening to many of us. I assume they'll fix it with the next operating system they announce at WWDC. But after never having a problem with a Mac, I've had this one since day one with Mavericks.

it is 560mb

Anyone want to test their 7950 graphic card (Not Mac flashed) to see if it fixes that mini-displayport restart bug? ^_^
See my post above. Give it a try and see if it fixes it.
I can't see Apple supporting 4k over HDMI at 60Hz. UHDTV1 is 4k at 100/120 Hz plus rec2020, 10bit, and more. Currently no consumer UHDTV screens on the market, some capable pro screens but they are expensive an 4:3!
Apple don't even do 10bit over Display Port yet!![]()
I *think* we've now got a grip, Boston...13 pages of people talking about hidden/unhidden Users folders. Get a grip people LOL
