Hmm, why am I not seeing "Fixes issue that causes your £2500 computer with highest end specs to run a little bit slower than your Windows 95 PC from 1999" in the list of fixes?
Wi-Fi still broken for me. Does not automatically connect when I switch user accounts, nor does it reconnect when I restart my computer.
Based on what?
WiFi is still not fixed: webpages in Safari still don't load correctly or don't load at all.
****** this!
Looking forward to Windows 10 now.
Anyone else now getting a blue tint in the display when the mac switched to Nvidia graphics (dynamic switching)?
I have a MBP Mid-2012 15". The problem did not happen in the latest beta.
Same - Safari just hung for me as well. It was snappy, but after a few hours of use it died again.
Considering Apple just made record profits, they should really invest a good chunk into OSX. It's a dying operating system and starting to fall behind Windows. Yes, Windows 8 was a bit of a disaster, but in terms of general reliability it may actually be better than OSX these days (Windows 7 is).
Well I have strange problem too... With WiFi off course!
I'm using iMac 27" (Mid.2010) and everything was just fine with wifi until last night after updating to 10.10.2

As you see on ScreenShot earlier I got always 10+ networks on my list... Just 2 of them are from my router (2.4 and 5.0 ghz) but from last night on available network list a get only one and that is one I'm connected to. Well it's not actually a problem. Everything still works just fine but what will happen if I decide to change network? How can I do that? Simply that is stupid bug that Apple should not let it.
I experience a similar issue when I am connected to Wireless-G but not -N.
Indeed that was the first thing I checked. (rMBP 13" late 2013). There goes my not so mighty mouse.
It runs fast most of the time, but after heavy use (I mean working on multiple 6GB Photoshop files simultaneously for 8 hours) it becomes slow and STAYS slow until I restart. I can quit Photoshop and do whatever I want, but it won't return to normal until I reboot. 16 GB RAM and Late 2013 rMBP, 15 inch with discreet graphics. It smells like a memory leak to me though those aren't very common and should have been fixed...
The update did not fix my Safari issues. It still fails to load webpages at random times.
WHEN WILL THIS BE FREAKING FIXED? zzz.
does it included updated graphics drivers for Nvidia and Intel 4000 HD?
OS X dying, Haha must be joke of the week.
Windows 10 will give users a starmenu, multiple desktops and metro apps that are not full screen, oh and Spartan. Cutting edge stuff from Microsoft.

I'm having this as well sometimes, it's just weird. 10.10.2 hasn't fixed it?
Based on what?
Apple has been adding incremental features onto the system without fixing underlying bugs and issues with it. Core functionality like Finder and other tools remain primitive after all these years. Interest at Apple has seemed to shift to iOS rather than OS X.
Just playing devil's advocate here: not a JVM anymore.
Nope...I have get this problem with this new update 10.10.2.... On old one 10.10.1 everything was OK!
Which model of Mac. Just saying "WiFi isn't fixed" doesn't help a bloody thing if it is working fine for others, especially those who didn't have a problem with it to begin.
BL.
Are you sure that's a wifi problem? If the wifi was spotty the webpage wouldn't load at all.
