it still won't work like that.
Don't shoot the messenger, I copied it verbatim from the other article.
Did you even try it to see if it worked before calling other people ignorant?

I always, always use an external drive to test out new OSes.
Bet that's a s-l-o-w experience, eh? What type/speed of external drive/interface do you use? Assuming USB3 or thunderbolt? Otherwise, it seems it wouldn't be fast enough to tolerate.
First of all, it's not techie. Pretty simple GUI to repartition drives on the fly in OS X.
Second, booting from an external requires you to run via USB. That's likely USB2 for most people. I'd rather have the speed of the internal (or SSD, in my case). But hey, if the external works for you.
I'm just scratching my head at all of the people using Bootcamp for a second partition. It's not necessary. At all.

you need type "sudo su", hit enter, type password, hit enter.
then the above command works from the shell. I'am amazed at how ignorant people are writing those commands... If you are gonna post it, do it right without omitting anything.
I noticed that there is not poof animation when removing icons from the dock. They just kind of flicker out. Looks more like a bug than a design choice.
AirDrop: AirDrop now offers a notification directly on the screen when a file is incoming, so it is no longer necessary to open Finder to receive a file (via 9to5Mac).
Swift is far from being ready for serious development. They have done a little bit with it, but I doubt that they will actually rewrite anything using Swift. And why would it double the performance?Swift is slightly faster for some things and slower for other things. All in all, there will be no visible difference in performance.
I think thats a design choice. Notice the new 'Remove' popup that appears. The poof animation is still present when you remove icons from the menu bar.

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences AppleInterfaceTheme Dark
Runs great on my 2011 MBA but the mouse keeps freezing on my iMac (bluetooth) :/
I feel like this OS X version is more stable than OS X 10.9 Mavericks. Even if it is in DevPreview.
I'm just not a fan of Spotlight now. I hate clicking it and then I get a pop-up. BOO!
