Me neither. Safari may do well in the tests, but for whatever reason
it feels slower than Firefox. I would guess they test the browsers in
artificial conditions (e.g., with extremely fast internet connections,
the like of which most people don't have).

I do like both browsers though, and tend to swap between them a
fair bit.

Strange, Firefox does quite well on tests, too, but it feels much slower than Safari for me, so that's what I mostly use. I haven't even downloaded 3.1 yet, but 3.04 still feels faster for me than FF 3 beta 4.

That page is fine for me too, and always has been. Under "Schedule" (box on the right) click "Champ Po." then choose 250cc. Click on Matteo Pasini and you'll likely get the same f'd up page that I did above.

works fine for safari 3.1 in windows. Load times are dog slow still (like every other Apple app. for windows).

Broke 1Password

The update seems to have broken 1Password. I emailed the developer about it. I will let you know if there is a fix.

Moto GP works for me as well.

EDIT: Works in the Tiger version as well

Also all the people who keep saying FF is faster i honestly don't see it, its one of the reason Safari is my browser of choice that and RSS integration. I tried to covert to FF on several occasions because everyone was always like "its the best thing since slice bread" but its not for me

I do like the expandability but i'll take speed/RSS integration over add-ons/live bookmarks any day

That was a feature ADDED in the last version. If you don't want to see the dialog, turn the tabs off. The dialog only occurs when more than one tab is open.

Well, that's just silly. Whatever next?

Also: why does it ask me for confirmation when I change my home
page? I mean, there's a trillion gazillion other options, and it doesn't
ask me when I change those.

You know, it starts like this, innocent enough. But mark my words.
The day will come when you can't open a door without some bloke
asking you if you are sure. Of course I'm blinkin' sure. I'm not stark
raving mad, you know.

well, be sure to try again when firefox 3 final out. No pressure, just a chance. 🙂

moto GP still doesn't work here, Tiger 10.4.11, it was ok for 0.1 sec, then went crazy.

ps, try schedule->250cc->M.Pasini link of the penal at right side of the page.

Still working for me

Maybe Matteo was so fast at Qatar that his page won't load 😛

Seriously, WTH?! MotoGP.com has never worked properly for me and forces me into the (donning flame suit) dog-slow FF to view. And it WORKS for some of you!?!?!
