Microsoft would much prefer you use Outlook 2016, which is the currently shipping version. I use it at work and can tell you it's much improved from 2011! Actual push email and even uses the system notifications. Also much easier to look at. Of course everything was a step up from the Lotus Notes I had to use prior...
They also have a new version of Outlook. Try that maybe? It isn't Apples job to make 5 year old third party software to work on modern operating systems. It's the other way around. Call MS.
I don't know what kind of Office 2011 you were using but my version was almost completely unusable since 2013. Office 2016 has been great on my MBP.I call B.S. Im on PB3 and still using Outlook 2011 no issues at all. In fact Outlook / Office 2011 is still faster at starting than even the Office beta that was released which took almost 5 times longer to start, and on a MBPR. If a newer version cannot open / start as quickly or quicker than the old version, no point.
What is the version build number of this release, and is it a different build than Developer Beta 5?
Do you understand the concept of Beta software, at all?
Please explain to us why it's Apples job to make their beta OS to work with third party apps? Because in the real world, this is why developers are given beta releases to work out their problems.
I'm having same problem.Notification Centre seems to have been locked down so much most things can't access the internet or other apps. Whoops. Calendar and reminders are both empty. Stocks doesn't update. I don't think anything is capable of playing an alert sound; at least the alerts still work.
Anyone else have a graphics glitch with Thunderbolt display - monitor keeps blacking out. Cursor visible, sometimes have to gesture to switch desktop to get anything else to display?
CC15 is fine for me.

OK true. Stability and performance might get a boost, but expectations were stronger, probably because of their marketing. For now I don't find the new features impressive and even then they are not intuitive.People complained of bugs in Yosemite so this year they are focusing on Stability and Performance. Of course for us users who didn't have problems with Yosemite are now complaining about the lack of new features in El Capitan. Apple Engineers lose either way.
Did you have any luck getting After Effects to run? I would love any tips/ help if you've got an idea. Thanks! After Effects CC 2015 doesn't work on PB3. The rest (as far as I know) are fine if they're updated (i.e. Ai 19.1 works but 19.0 doesn't).

And you think that the past 2 years apple produced such good software???
One bug after another! It is starting to look more and more like windows!
Im not a MS fan. But Apple aint doing so well lately on their softwares.
There are a four ever so slightly different versions of Windows available. Parallels had a message about not supporting Win10 for me yesterday but today, it’s gone??I installed Windows 10 this morning in my Parallels 10, and I can't find the Edge browser! It's missing. IE is there, but nothing else. And there are no 'active' tiles. Either Windows 10 bug or Parallels 10 bug.
