I had version 186 and updated to 255. I assumed it was new but it turns out it was released in Feb, my bad.255? Or 256?

Yeah, not sure if the new one should be 256, or the same as the regular magsafe, 258.

Interesting. I have two Duo chargers.
One shows firmware 186.0.0.0 and the other shows 0.0.2.56

We have two MagSafe chargers. iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 13 Pro were on them the whole night and neither updated.Set your phone on it and leave it charging overnight. Might take a while.
