It can be used for speculation, but not fact. She's wearing slacks with pleats. And if I was to use common sense. I expect that assessments of the Obama years will be more hotly debated than just about any previous administration... especially in this post-fact era. For eight years he was attacked and accused of so many things... Trump himself was a spokesperson of the racist birther movement, and many on the right still think Obama is a secret Muslim who wanted to replace their guns and bibles with the Quran (and their Christian laws with Sharia law). The guy was so moderate that he disappointed many of us who voted for him, because we thought he was too quick to compromise. I can't imagine there would have been nearly as much hate directed at him if he was a white Democrat with a more American sounding name. Then again we have become so polarized in this country that roughly half the population is going to hate the President regardless of who he or she is.

its easy to be liked internationally when your policies don't affect your country as much as the one he ran into the ground while making it look so cool and trendy and tolerant along the way

He ran a good PR game, being in bed with Hollywood, and appearing on late night every third night, and having a charismatic smile and some cute skits lined up and celebrity endorsements. And he gave great speeches tonally, without actually being of substance ever.
