I do. I mean, mainly because I have a bit of a hard time seeing how that Apple is different than the Apple that built the G3 iMac sitting in my basement.
It's actually selling brand awareness - you don't have to sell an item. It's part of creating the branding narrative.
For example you go to a party. What you feel about the party the next day is the branding (marketing is all the stuff at the party).
Apple moving forward? Every other tech brand is... name one product Apple excels these days... oh, money doesn't count.
Maybe a lot of people believe Frankenstein is the true monster, not the creature he made.When are people going to realize Frankenstein is the scientist, not the monster.

I thought that was terrible and the whole Frankie thing didn't feel Christmassy at all.

In spite of the cold hard hearted business of selling computers there is a human factor even Jobs occasionally admitted to.
I wish Apple would open its heart to its customers who don't like the direction the company is taking.
Why are they all British accents? When it's not set in a British scene? FOTO could be any number of European locations... But no the UK.

Nope, just frustrated users, some with tens of thousands invested in the platform. (But I am really considering getting one Surface Studio to try, instead of the usual iMac).
I don't know what the original poster means by saying "goodbye" to Airplay, but Airplay is rather frustrating to use all too often.
I don't even stream music through Airplay any longer, because for some reason my iPad looses connection within an hour or less and then I have to go to it, unlock it and click Play again and then pair with it through Airplay again. It gets old after a while....
Instead, nowadays I use Amazon's Alexa to stream Pandora to my Airplay speakers (through BT, not Airplay). I also just got the Google Home speaker, which is streaming Google Play Music very nicely so far, through Chromecast Audio. Apple is not even in the picture for voice home automation....
I have also almost stopped using my iPhone 6 Plus, because the camera is so much worse in low light than my Samsung Galaxy S7S Edge. I am actually considering jumping to the Google Pixel XL as my daily driver, which has a great camera, and I can use Google's Fi network for half of what I pay now.
Slowly, I am moving away from Apple. I don't want to, but ads alone don't keep customers in the long run.

The music box's delicate sound would be clear if your ear was inches away in a silent cabin, which is how close the iPhone is when he takes the dry recording. The iPhone would then amplify the clean take of the music box, and project the sound much 'louder' than the instrument itself could, loudness being the key word.
I wanted to say something, but then I gave up writing it, because I gave up on Apple some time ago and now I just come here to express my anger towards Apple, but even that now...is becoming tiresome.
