I have not installed any of the previous betas, is there a way to just install the latest? I have signed up and entered the code awhile ago.
The launch usually comes about a week after the announcement. I doubt they're going to release an update within a week of the announcement.
They did last year.
Oh really? I'm too chicken to test it out on my machine. I know I can VM it and everything, but curiosity would get the best of me want it on my everyday machine.Zero crashes at iOS 9, El Capitain can use an update however........
At least these Developer Builds don't take half as long to install as Windows Insider Builds do.
Is this new beta stable enough to put on my main imac?
So i would be ok putting it on there? Just dont Want to risk losing files and pics and stuff.
Never put beta OS's over your current system. If you want to be dumb enough, at least back up all your data.
I don't think you have enough stuff going on in your menubar. Add some more stuffwhat the ****
There is never a winter in Cupertino, CA.
They go from an April, May, June, July, August, September, October SUMMER to a November, December, January, February, March 'It's a little chilly outside, I'll wear a light jacket, sometimes'.

I am not a developer and I have the public beta installed and it is more stable than any GM of Yosemite!
don't forget the "And if it drops below 50F I'm busting out the scarf" days...
Sure.....but, well it seems I have got lucky as all the PBs have worked just fine on my no:1 iMac=-)"One-handed juggling with three flaming chainsaws and a baby works fine and I'm doing it currently with my new-born daughter, stop scaremongering. But seriously: using unfinished beta software can be a risk, especially when doing it on your productive systems. If nothing bad has happened to you yet, you were lucky. That does not mean there is no risk at all.
Don't want to jinx it, but so far my Exchange 2010 account is working in Mail.app. Messages downloading, able to send an outgoing, and able to Archive messages from inbox (all of these things were broken in PB1-5)
Can someone please confirm this for me...
Ever since Yosemite, my MacBook Pro which is connected to my 27" Cinema Display on start up never showed the log in screen on my Cinema Display, but always came up on my MacBook Pro display. And yes I did set my main display as my Cinema Display.
Just wanting to know if this latest El Capitan beta has fixed this issue?
Thankyou
