Meaning they are no longer releasing newer beta updates to developers/public for 13.0.Meaning they are no further testing it
I don't think there will be any more iOS 13.0 betas. If you don't want to beta test iOS 13.1, remove iOS 13 & iPadOS 13 Beta Software profile and wait for the official iOS 13.0. If you are a developer, you will get the GM build earlier.Interesting. I wonder if Apple will release further iOS 13 betas or if the latest beta is the release candidate? If they do, will they be releasing both iOS 13 and 13.1 betas on the same profile? That seems a bit confusing.

...but does it fix Mail?
https://www.macrumors.com/2019/08/28/apple-seeds-macos-catalina-beta-7/I wish Mac Rumors and other sites wold update on the beta updates for the Mac. They show more interest in a stupid movie trailer than notifying of an update for the OS on one of the major products lines.
Increasingly I get my information from others here in the forum and then Reddit. If there is a feature request please start posting on this stuff MR editors or acknowledge you aren't and those of us can migrate to a different site.
Mail was fixed yonks ago, i suggest you take a prenancy test if you're truely this late...
Doesn't seem like that's the case for everyone, going by a variety of Mail related feedback from the last betas.Mail was fixed yonks ago, i suggest you take a prenancy test if you're truely this late...
Queens of the Stone Age; No one knows!
I’m presuming 13.1 will be released and 13 will be skipped but I honestly don’t know.

13.1 broke my mail notifications. That plus other apps not working is the reason I went back to beta 8, which everything was working perfectly with.

Yeah, Mail is still a PITA ( 13.0 Beta 8 )
Guilty as charged, your honour! That is what a lot of people do, and to think otherwise would be naive. In fact, I would venture to say most people on these forums on IOS 13 are not developers and are just people looking to see the IOS 13 features way in advance.
I also think beta 8 will end up being the GM since it leaps straight to 13.1
