It pushes people who don't care about security updates/patches (but do care about emojis) to update their devices.
This actually makes sense.

But will this fix battery and performance issues on older models like iPhone 6(s)?
Agreed I am on iPad Pro 10.5 and ios 11 is buggy and slow sometimesI really hope they fix the stability of ios 11. By far the buggiest and slowest release to date and i'm running it on iphone 8+...
You live in Romania, you can't possibly expect it to propagate through to the CDN DNS in Romania instantly lol
I hope so. Will make setting up new phone easier.Anyone want to guess that iPhone X ships with 11.1?
Sam
Do you think Apple only does one or the other?Come on macrumors! Leading with new eMojis? Seriously?
iOS 11 has plenty of real bugs and gremlins that need to be fixed. Can we just stop it with the eMojis?
Go to settings - General - Keyboard - and disable "predictive" so that you don't get the suggestions any more!![]()
I had my battery replaced one year ago and my 6s is having issues since ios 11Will it fix an aging battery that's 2-3 years old?

That's what I was thinking too, unfortunately. Kind of a nuclear approach, as opposed to a targeted strike.Wouldn't that turn off ALL predictive text and not just the emojis?
why? if you don't know Romania is 2nd country in world at network speed rating. We have 1gbps fiber for 10$/month

It is for me too so don't be so dismissive. No, its not.
Animations are now smooth. Beta 3 resolved those for the most part. B1 and 2 had bad judder issues. Can somebody check if the animations on the latest ipad pro 12.9 or 10.5 are smooth? More specifically, I’m interested if the horrible shutter is still present in the app switcher.
Sorry, didn't mean to sound dismissive. The feedback app is always there, it's just hidden and revealed with the Beta profile. If you have the latest Developer Beta profile installed on your device, the Feedback app should not be visible when you load Beta 4. You may want to delete the Beta profile and re-install it from the Developer portal. On all (6) of my dev/test devices the Feedback app was present on all (6) on Beta 3. Loaded B4 this afternoon and just checked all (6) again and it's missing on all (6). Of course there's always a chance of a hiccup with these things too so YMMV.It is for me too so don't be so dismissive.

Me too. I'm guessing he just doesn't see where he tucked it away. LOL

Don't understand the point of these incremental updates where they put 5-10 new emojis every time. They coulda easily put an "emoji package" into Appstore free to download and left it to user's choice.
I suppose we need to have airplay 2 devices to try out first. At some point apple will enable Apple TV 4+Does anyone know if airplay 2 multi room (or multi speaker) is actually enabled in this beta? I've been scouring the web and feel like I'm one of the few that was really, really waiting on airplay 2 to setup multi room audio with multiple ATVs. It's kinda amazing that the feature is just silently missing from ios11, when it seems like there was tons of stuff about "airplay 2" being "in" ios11.
