Even sillier is that it still takes ages for a small update like this, I would expect it to take considerable less time to install than a major update but it's slooooowwwww.

Edit: I timed it, 3 seconds to download, then 7 minutes whatever, next 1 minute verifying and after a restart it took another 7 minutes, Total 15 minutes on a 6S about 36.5 MB Update.

I think more things in the background happens than we think.
Once, my iPad was installing an update, and after the installation was done, the build number did not update: the update failed. Yet the system remained functional.
I think it creates some type of snapshot of the current system to be able to revert back if during the update there is an issue.

I think a lot went on the background on this update on iPhone X, took a long time and some restarts.

Feels speedy.

My SE is still on iOS 10.3.3.
I'm waiting (and hoping) that they'll allow for a long-press or other solution to completely shut off both wi-fi and bluetooth from the control panel. I enjoy the current control panel's convenience and would prefer not to have to go through the settings cadence. It's not the end of the world but also not as ideal as the current solution - in my opinion.
I don't think it's too much to ask the (alleged) big brains in Cupertino to give device owners a, say it with me, choice.

This is the same case for my 7 Plus. Still on 10.3.3, waiting to see if they give some alternative to the current solution. Ideally, the long press would be used to disconect while a regular tap remains the same as it is on 10.3.3...

That, and the home button delay still isn't fixed. So I'm waiting for that to be fixed too. :D

crazy to think... iOS 11 may get to 11.4 or 11.5 when it’s all said and done... 11.3 will release iCloud messages...

I believe he was saying those ARE out not speculating if they would be. They were released a bit ago.
I’m confused. He said “maybe see the GM Tuesday”. Referring to this coming Tuesday. In which Apple is closed.

Downloading 11.2b4 as a public beta user now.

(edit: late to the game!)

If you haven't already.

Is the cold weather bug resolved in this beta too?
I believe this bug was already fixed in the prior dev beta but I could be wrong. I haven't seen the issue but not could enough here.

This is a supplemental update which brings additional -10 degrees to the previous one so it can support even colder temperatures. :p
Hahah this adds Uggs 2.0 to it lol
