I believe this bug was already fixed in the prior dev beta but I could be wrong. I haven't seen the issue but not could enough here.

Hahah this adds Uggs 2.0 to it lol

Well it definitely wasn’t fixed in the last public beta.

Apple seriously needs to fix the bug preventing iPhones from connecting to public guest WiFi networks. Since iOS 11, I've been unable to connect to any public WiFi networks. It'll connect, but the webpage to confirm and accept the connection and Terms never comes up. I can't connect to my employee guest network at work, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc. Most people i talk to have the same issue (including everyone in my household).

Go to WiFi settings. Delete the network. Select it again.

What’s with the attitude? They do this EVERY single year. It’s well known.

Then how come the person who I know that works at Apple is working next week? They might not be releasing betas to the public, but that doesn't mean they are closed. Could also be certain divisions/areas are closed, but I wouldn't make such blanket statements without any real insider knowledge.

the control center is infuriating. i get what they're trying to do (staying connected to apple watch, apple pen) but i'm perfectly capable of managing what i'm connected to. even if the default behavior is left this way, they HAVE to add a setting to make it behave as before for those who prefer it like that. this just made me do what i did 5 years ago and have to go to settings when i want to turn off wi-fi and bluetooth. completely unacceptable

It may be this beta, but I've lost all my voicemail messages and it now will not accept any new voicemail messages. Add this to losing all (seemingly all) password settings! Doh!

Anyone else having this trouble?

Apple Corporate is closed.

Apple stores are open.

Is that the issue?

Why not just put it in airplane mode then turn on only what you want on.

I’d imagine support department is working too.
Yes. Support is open. But the HQ is closed.

It’s this way every year. Tim Cook usually sends out a letter in October. Occasionally Macrumors posts the letter. This year they didn’t. But they did In 2011 and 2014.

Every since Cook became CEO. Thanksgiving week is closed. I know someone in Apple legal and it’s closed.

It's cute that you think he works at an Apple store. No, he as an engineer at Apple and he is working that week. But it's OK, you guys obviously know best.

Again, like I said it's entirely possible that certain areas (cupertino) are closed, but not all Apple Corporate employees have the entire week off.

Flip on airplane mode, wait maybe 30-45 seconds and flip back off. Should solve it.

Wow, thanks!! After several calls to Apple and Verizon, neither of whom could assist, I find this solution here on MacRumors. Can I ask how you came to this fix? Is this a known fix to a problem that has come up previously?

Anyway, no more calls to, ahem, tech support.

I just know Apple wants Apple Pay Cash out there before Christmas. Can you imagine the glee on their faces when they cut out paypal/square business by become the cash transfer king?

I just hope Apple Pay Cash can be as fast as Suica in Japan.

I truly wonder what happened in the last three or four days that caused Apple to immediately push out this beta update.
Last beta was really buggy on my iPhone 6 Plus that I had to restore to non-beta versions. I suspect there was a massive influx of bug reports. I love testing and reporting bugs it’s helpful to iron out things I use most. I also have touchscreen disease and the bugs seemed to exacerbate that too.
