RTFM. It explains photos.

Would anyone say, judging on it's completion, that iOS 5 might be released early?

For some reason my pictures aren't syncing back... did the OTA update, all the albums are in the app but no photos in them. I sync to iTunes 10.5 b4 (b60), can't take pictures off or on, the sync process goes through but doesn't actually do anything, and then there's a caution mark next to my phone. Anyone else having this problem?

I have the exact same problem. I can't get past it. I'd rather not restore, as it takes way too long to reinstall everything. I've rebooted countless times, switched to 3G, Airplane Mode, force quit Settings...but nothing. I'm a registered Dev, and it worked just fine on the iPhone 4, but not the iPad 2. :\"Unable to check for update"? "An error occurred while checking for software updates."
I'm at 52% and I'm also plugged in. I am not the dev, my friend is, but I know I'm registered. Any ideas? Thanks.
How is it running on the iPad 2? Smoother than the last beta?
Beta 4 already huh... It would be nice if 5 comes out in August. Seems likely I'd say.
Fixed it! Had to follow the instructions here to erase the iPhoto library iPod Cache:

Which is an older article so it seems this is a persisting bug. Luckily photos are once again working on my phone again.
