I'm stuck around 90-95% on both iPhone and iPad.

Yeah, I guess it's more like 90% than 80, but it's definitely stuck.

Happens here, too. Tap on the wheels and it shows what it's downloading again. The download seems to be stuck at around 80% though...

Same for me, I'm just going to download it and restore from iCloud.

mine is stuck at about 90% its said "<1 minute remaining" for 10 minutes
its most likely stuck because of the amount of people trying to download it at once.

my iPhone is also stuck with <1 minute remaining ....

I went to the iPad to start the download there went to the settings dialog and to my surprise it seems it has started downloading automatically, it is already 75% done.

Wonder what triggered that automatic download ....

"iOS 5 beta 4 can be installed using over the air software update from devices that have iOS 5 beta 3 installed. Over the air software update can be initiated by choosing General > Software Update in Settings."

Edit: it doesn't appear to be working just yet.

NEW: If you are doing a OTA software update from beta 3 to beta 4, you will need to re-sync your photos with iTunes.

What do you mean resync your photos? You'll have to do a restore to get your camera roll back on your iPhone?

I am doing OTA as we speak, will let you guys know if it finishes.

Mine did the exact same, was stuck at damn near 100% and dropped back to 90%.

interesting enough...

I just finished downloading (last "minute" lasted 10 minutes+):
-fact: you can't upgrade if you have less than 50% battery left or if your phone is unplugged
-?: I then plugged my phone into my computer, tapped on "instal now" and it says it can't do it because I'm no longer connected to the internet.

I tried a restart to see if that would trigger the download to finish and the bar dropped back to 70%! So, don't restart, just be patient.
