Noticed the dock is always blue regardless of background. As are folders. Compare beta 1 (left) to beta 2 (right) which shows the dock (font text is also still mostly illegible with this background):

And the folder color:

Also seeing a bunch of graphical redraw artifacts, in particular horizontal lines/flickering near the dock when exiting apps.

That isn't true. I've a golden/orange/yellow wallpaper and folders aren't blue, just like the dock isn't.

Errr... those childish icons again... it hurts my eyes... the page icon looks so gorgeous in comparison...

Looks like they're using not only adaptive color technology, but adaptive general taste tech, too. If you pick a butt-ugly wallpaper, it adjusts the OS to be more butt-ugly as well.

iPad 3 is the red-headed step child. Glad I sold mine for a 4th gen a couple of weeks ago.

The part where he put the marketing team in charge of icon design for the first beta.

Maybe a mistake. However, Apple has some one of the best marketing teams in business, with their own large and experienced design team. They may not have "gotten" the look Ive is going for yet (maybe after years of training themselves to apply more and more eye candy), but I wouldn't write them off as typical corporate marketing clowns, these guys (I mean their designers) are very talented.

Servers must be slammed. Never experienced difficulties downloading updates through ADC.

Now, an update for 10.9 would be nice. Loving the system so far, but it's definitely a beta.

I'm on Wifi, so I can't tell you about network performance with siri, but it definitely launches a ton quicker than it did in Beta 1. It might be the wifi, but she/it/he also responds much faster as well.

my iphone 5 is crazy fast now ... but having problems seeing a a3 line text message with imessage

Thanks. And what about the quality of answers? Any difference after switching to Bing (and still Wolfram|Alpha if I'm not wrong)?

face Time app changed look

Now it has dark background, and its more fluid. :D.

Pls stop with the icons things, if you are graphical designer and believe can do better, why don't you send your cv to Apple headquarters and stop complaining about it.?

So to give you the evidence it isn't true what you're saying:
