Unfortunately not. Happens every so often it's not a big deal I'll just get it swapped out
Not the developer one; but I run the public on my one and only phone (6S+). The first two releases were super buggy but after that it's been pretty smooth sailing. The odd hiccup now and again but overall nothing to impede primary usage.
Let's move forward and give me Catalina update!
All my devices run the beta if available. I haven't had any more or less abnormalities than not running a beta version, outside of occasional full bricking but that's kind of expected at this point.
Hardly believe this, you normally can't brick iOS, connect it to a computer and it will work again after a second Update or reinstall, if it's bricked only Apple can help you.
Can't recall that ever happened, don't think so actually.
Think The trouble is they have tried to change to much in Catalina they have run into trouble my guess is they fix something then it breaks something else so the obversely have been able to make a build of sufficient quality to offer a new beta.
Given the issues folks with 2018/19 hardware have been having, maybe Apple is being extra careful. Tee-hee, who am I kidding?
Unfortunately this does happen, to me at least. And yes that is the only solution, per their request as they've handled numerous devices from our department regarding this. We send them back their phone and voila a new one returns while they work on the source problem, which usually never comes to light.
