So as of this moment the iOS beta is two versions ahead of the MacOS beta. I don't recall there ever being so much of a gap in previous years. Interesting.
It's more interesting, if you see the numberless bugs in Catalina.
For me, WiFi is broken (needs to be switched off and on a few seconds after every wake up), Photos crashes frequently, several graphics issues, some unexpected behavior in countless applications, and much, much more.

I've been testing this on two 27" iMacs (2013, 2019) and a 2017 MBP (non Touch Bar).

Oh yes I'm well aware of the rarity of it lol. And yes I do, I wouldn't have brought up "bricked" if it wasn't quite literally bricked. Benefits of working for Apple is no need to visit a store to get immediate servicing.

The problem is that many people just don't know what bricked is, you apparently do.

In my case, 2017 13" MBP, no power bar. B5 was pretty stable at first, but even with SMC and PRAM resets, it's been running much hotter in the past 3 or 4 days - enough that I started using iStat's fan rules when I never did before. I happened rather suddenly and the temps were hot enough it gave me concern. A few apps that seemed pretty stable started to wonk-out on me with crashes. B4 + Apple TV Public beta was the first combo in which Home Sharing actually worked. B5 broke that (again - it was broken in the first 3 releases while it ran well on the iPhone).

iOS 13? Pshaw...no issues to speak of.
What's a power bar? I don't know of that feature.

You don't know what 'bricked' means!

I've never seen a bricked Apple device, despite of some serious hardware failures.
There is always a way to restore your device from backup or the entire system via iTunes or Finder.

Android devices can brick, because manufacturers don't give you the tools for a low level restore.
Apple does, so your iDevice can't be bricked by a failed system update.

This reminds me of my Dad, who loves to say his computer "crashed" when he was doing something. It's his generic word for when things don't work, as in "My computer crashed when I tried to send the email, so I had to type the whole thing over again."

Does anyone know if there are plans to bring a Find My widget to iOS 13, like there was for Find My Friends in iOS 12?

Is anyone out there running this beta on their primary device?
For iOS, I use it on my primary iPhone from Beta 2 or 3, but I'm on the public beta channel on this device. There are some minor issues, but nothing critical. Now i'm on iOS/iPadOs 13 on all my capable devices. I only need an older iPhone 5s, because my banking app refuses to work on Beta OSe for security reasons.

macOS Catalina runs from external SSDs until I decide that it's stable enough - for now, it isn't. But for software testing, it works quite good.

Then there is tvOS13 - it's a mess - it's now far better than the first and second betas, but I don't recommend it for anyone - not even for testing purposes. Lots of crashes, unstable network connections. Don't consider it!

Main gripe so far is it has left the 1 notification bubble on the settings app on my iPad indicating an update is available even though it has updated!

Didn’t do that on my iPhone though weirdly...

Update: oh and the big graphics glitch and respring I just got opening safari! :(

In most cases, it shows that you have to re-login to your AppleID, to activate some functions. It occurred to me after almost every update.

Waiting to hear about mail fixes. It’s the only area that has bitten me. Notifications would also stop working overall after awhile. I keep my phone on vibrate most of the time and it would just stop vibrating with new notifications. I’d have to reboot the phone to make it work.

Hopefully this one will be more stable for me. For whatever reason, beta 6 was a **** storm on my XS.

Yeah I thought that initially too but I’ve been all through the settings app and there are no prompts to re login or any other indicators that would account for it. I have had it do this before on betas for previous versions and it was case of wait for the next beta and it sorts itself out.

rubbish you mean apart from the 2015 MacBook issues where it freezes constantly and is a known issue. Hardly bug free and you shouldn't encourage 2015 users to upgrade.
Problem is some 2015 MacBook owners have already upgraded at the last beta, which is how they discovered that there is a issue.
