I have plenty of issues with Finder. Update very welcome over here. And other minor issues. 2017 15" Touchbar.Catalina is already bug free, so no more beta needed

You don't know what 'bricked' means!Well unfortunately this was the one that broke the back, my XS bricked after trying to update.
Has anyone seen what the revamped CarPlay looks like with a normal-sized screen? I've only seen pictures of the extra-wide screens. Most cars don't have screens that wide. Or at least mine doesn't.

It looks pretty solid.Has anyone seen what the revamped CarPlay looks like with a normal-sized screen? I've only seen pictures of the extra-wide screens. Most cars don't have screens that wide. Or at least mine doesn't.
Thank you! I've been looking for this. Glad to see it still has all the same content on the new "dashboard" screen.2018 Ford Focus
Can someone comment on batter life and Mail performance please?
mail is a lot more solid in terms of send / receive, domestic hang on doing that, no duplicate mails like in B6

I've never seen a bricked Apple device, despite of some serious hardware failures.
There is always a way to restore your device from backup or the entire system via iTunes or Finder.
Android devices can brick, because manufacturers don't give you the tools for a low level restore.
Apple does, so your iDevice can't be bricked by a failed system update.
Unfortunately this does happen, to me at least. And yes that is the only solution, per their request as they've handled numerous devices from our department regarding this. We send them back their phone and voila a new one returns while they work on the source problem, which usually never comes to light.

It really has been. In past years betas were released on Mondays. The beta release schedule has been crazy lately
Not showing OTA for me yet.
Is anyone out there running this beta on their primary device?
Well unfortunately this was the one that broke the back, my XS bricked after trying to update.
You must be extremely unlucky then, it is so rare few people had this, let alone more than once, it's like the chance to win the lottery twice or more.
Do you know what DFU is?
Yes. have been since beta 2 - last one was quite solid. I would expect the same from this one.
