Earliest UPS flight to Louisville our packages could leave on is UPS51. If it does take UPS51, I don't know whether we'll get another departure scan when it leaves Anchorage in roughly 7 hours, but we should get an arrival scan this evening. It'd arrive with plenty of time to make late night/early morning flights to local destinations, and I think some of us could be out for delivery tomorrow if everything goes smoothly.
I order on nov 23, and this is the first time it has taken more than 48 hours to ship. Wonder what is taking so long. My corporate account, I usually order on a Thursday, and have it tuesday morning. Its one device, not 50 of them.

My mini was going through Hong Kong as well, and I got the same status change. My order on the Apple website still has the delivery date as 12/8, so I'm hoping it was just UPS being overly optimistic on their ability to deliver on 12/4, rather than something more serious.
Same - mini in Hong Kong, now rescheduled. Original UPS delivery date was reported as 12/4. Original delivery window as reported by Apple was 12/14-12/21.

I strongly suspect it's this flight, Air China Cargo flight CAO1055, Scheduled Departure Time 7:05, actual Departure Time 7:09. Tracking would line up pretty well, and it's headed to Anchorage!

What has your tracking information been? Do you have the Anchorage update?
My MacBook gets shipped to Germany. I am pretty sure it will not get shipped via Anchorage. My last update was:

What was your delivery window? None of us had windows starting two days after ordering so not sure why you’d be expecting that.
Yes, mine gets shipped to Germany too.
Our tracking looks like this and hasn’t changed, so most likely the update will change back to „delayed in transit“ as it did before. This is the second time we were made believe it left Shanghai but it didn’t 😒

I would have patience and hope. Shanghai Gang USA who shipped on 11/21 also got a faux Departure Scan but then they got a real departure scan yesterday along with the rest of USA Shanghai Gang and actually landed in America. I would look for indicators such as a new estimated delivery date in UPS My Choice.
Update: I just got a call from Apple Customer Support, which I had called last week. The same representative, Doug, was following up with me to make sure I saw some movement on the tracking and that I received a scheduled delivery date. He is tracking multiple cases and trying to ensure that we receive it by the new scheduled delivery date, and he will call back to follow up again next week after my 12/7 scheduled date to make sure I received it.
Edit: @jdcohnsf @mooshhie @neworbit99 Doug was not the clueless sales support rep who told me my order had left Shanghai and was being ocean-shipped because of the battery. He was the original advisor who was very helpful the first time I called, collected details and began investigating.

Ordered base MBA 22/11 and delivery estimated 2-9/12. Charged yesterday 1/12 yet it’s still processing.
I ordered a day before you and I still haven't been charged lmao. Your card being charged should mean your order is moving along
It could be down to location. It’s coming to Ireland.
I’ve never seen delays like this from Apple, so they must be in crazy demand coupled with some logical issues
Glad I'm not the only one aha. It's unhealthy at this point, bouncing between order pages, online banking and here 🙈Card not charged yet, still "Processing", I probably refresh every 10 mins.
Mine is coming to California.
If it really location-wise then that could explain why it's taking so long to process (2nd shutdown and all).
Mine did the same, was excited for 12/04. Apple says delivered by 12/08. This will be a looong weekend if UPS doesn't deliver. No change to "Rescheduled Delivery" and in details it says "package is in transit" from Hong Kong.
I ordered a maxed out M1 MBP on Monday, Nov 23 with a delivery window of Dec 24 - Jan 4. The email said it should ship in 2-3 weeks. It's 1.5 weeks now so and I'm anxiously waiting as I've seen some Nov 22 orders being charged and/or shipped. If it's going to ship in by next week I should have card charged soon.
This will replace my 2012 15" MBP.
It's not a Christmas gift but it would be nice to try it out during Christmas break.
