Apple Silicon MacBook Air/Pro Mac mini Order Status Thread

My base MBA that was upgraded to 16 GB, ordered 11/17 shipped and had a departure scan from Shanghai via FedEx. Set to be delivered 12/7. Tracking number was sent over 11/30 and was picked up by FedEx 12/1.

Yes, about 15-20 minutes ago it changed from no information available to 03.12.2020 10:45-14:45 but the progress also still shows departed from facility...
Pleeeeeease let this be true and we will have it by tomorrow 🙏🏼

Did you have exception said about Apple carter flight? There was no UPS flight to Frankfurt close to the departure scan time, but there was a China Air Chargo flight to Frankfurt.

Yes, we got the email from UPS regarding the charter flight too. We got the mail yesterday and then the status changed to departet from facility. But nothing changed since then, except that an hour ago the delivery date was updated from no information available to 03.12.2020.

Then it's a good sign. When US folks got a fake departure scan they did not receive a new date.

I really hope it’s a good sign. We also got the fake departure scan so I was so worried this time it would be the same again, as the tracking hasn’t updated yet and no rescheduled delivery date. But out of the blue the date changed to 03.12.

If they gave you a definite date that means it has probably actually left Shanghai. Good news for you guys. If you can, please update your order in the spreadsheet. I hope you get an arrival update soon!
 
now in my delivery date range dec 2 - 9 and still processing. my luck probably won't get it until the 9th.

the only thing that changed on my apple order status page.. As soon as the item is ready, we’ll send you an update.

Im in the same boat for MBP 16/1TB
 
It's happening!! I ordered MBP 16/2TB on the 14th. Finally got the change from Processing to Ready to Ship to Shipped. I originally had a delivery ETA of 9-16 December. My FedEx tracking shows a delivery on 12/8 to West coast of US.

After transferring everything from my late 2015 5K iMac and wiping it, I'm going to get it to my in-laws to replace an older iMac that I had given them. I think this will be their third hand me down.

How long did it take from “Processing” to “Preparing for Shipment” after you were charged?

The MBP is charged on my wife’s card (points) and I can’t check directly because she doesn’t want me to see other purchases.

It was processing to preparing from the 14th to the 30th.
 
Finally... BTO Mac Mini. Scheduled delivery is Dec 16-23 but looks like it may come early.
