Same boat here, except I got a second ship date from Apple with a delivery date of 12/22, like I was ordering it new today.

Did your original order go back to "processing" status on the Apple store? Do you have 2 order dates in the system, or was your original date just updated?

I wonder if Apple automatically starts a new order if existing order deliveries get screwed up as has happened in Shanghai.

I recall I had a similar issue with an iMac order a few years ago. Order got "re-started" But it was only delayed a few days.

So how come I've gone back to "Processing"? i.e. not even shipped from the factory???

Has UPS lost the package? Is it still in Shanghai? Who knows?

This is hugely frustrating.

Hasn't happened to me - still "Shipped" with Dec 1 on the Apple Store orders page. I highly recommend you fill out @Gnattu 's spreadsheet because yours is an interesting and frustrating anomaly.

My MBP 16/256 ordered on 11/14, is now in the status shipping. Destination is Germany.

My MBP 16/1TB ordered from Germany on 11/14 ist still in „Processing“. The estimated shipping date was 11/27 to 12/4 when ordering. I wonder if they even manage to keep the 12/4 date...

I ordered on November 13 (estimated delivery date 30.11. - 4.12 to Germany) and received the first shipping notice from UPS on November 21.

Config is macbook air M1 16/512

As with the rest of the gang my UPS status is stuck since November 24 (in transit):

However, just today I called apple service and they told me, my macbook should be delivered on Monday, November 30 as - despite what the ups tracking page says - my macbook is already in Germany.

My Air 16/256 ordered the same day (payment on 25th of Nov) changed to "Preparing to Ship". Hopefully will arrive to PL sooner than expected 9-16th of Dec

its annoying ups dont delivery on Saturdays!

not impress with UPS mine arrived in Germany on Thursday evening but took all day on Friday to get to uk after taking less than a day to get from Hong Kong to Germany

Just an email out of the blue. Tried to chat with a specialist, got nowhere. Will try to call sometime today.

I also have two orders in the Apple Store app that refresh at different times and give me a conflicting status both between them and between the main page and detail.

I recall I had a similar issue with an iMac order a few years ago. Order got "re-started" But it was only delayed a few days.

New one on top says in progress, bottom is the original order saying it’s shipped. Detail on both says processing, but both also show the same order number and an invoice amount of $0.00 (was originally charged on 11/18). Here’s to hoping it’s only a few days late.

I really hope this will be true for we US gangs as well.
By the way, I ordered a Mac Mini(8GB Base model, US Stock) this Thursday as I want to start transition to M1 earlier than my Pro actual arrives.
Now the Mini is out for delivery(Picked up Friday).

I got a scan on my package exactly when I was expecting itbased on the flight I was looking at. Looks like I'm on the FDX60 flight to anchorage right now! My tracking looks exactly like others did right before their anchorage scan including that international shipment release scan but I'll confirm in about 7 hours when I see anchorage!! Based on some other tracking pictures, if all goes smoothly I might get Monday delivery! I'd say definitely Tuesday! Scheduled is still pending but I'm ecstatic to be out of Shang-hell

Well, this morning on a whim I checked the Apple online store and found a MBA M1 w/ upgraded CPU, 16GB, 1TB available for pickup tomorrow. I cancelled my online order, and will be picking it up locally tomorrow. My condolences to the Shanghai crew and others with their unit trapped in transit hell. 😔

That's Japan and I'm assuming yours is coming Fedex. That's how mine came - Shanghai-Japan-Memphis-[NJ-NY] (east coast delivery). Once mine left Shanghai and was on it's way to Japan, it literally got to me in less than 24 hours. I was part of the "launch day" shipment so they may have been expediting things more than now but, yours is probably arriving soon!!

That's the path mine is taking exactly...Shanghai-Japan-Memphis-[NJ-NY] and now it is in Memphis as of 1am. Hopefully FedEx will ship it out today so it can be delivered in Monday because I doubt they deliver on Sundays. Does anyone know if FedEx transits on Sundays?

Ordered two MBA’s, the one for my dad is a 8/8 16/512 configuration, and it’s been In Transit in Shanghai since 11/24 at 7:51 PM to the east coast US. Apple’s order status page still says 11/30 - 12/7 delivery 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just posting this for others. My order on the 13th finally shipped. They were MBA 16gb ram, 256gb hdd configurations. The gold one showed preparing to ship last night at 9pm EST and the silver one is now showing preparing to ship today.

Update 2:

The gold one that shipped Thursday will arrive Thursday December 3rd and the silver that shipped Friday will arrive Friday December 4th.

looks like they will arrive a week or two faster than the estimated December 8-15 dates.
