Yeah my scheduled delivery is Thursday which is the day after I'm off work for two days. I scheduled off until 8pm so worst case if it comes then I'll have some time with it, but hoping it comes early. Based on others tracking I've seen it it deliver 2 days after the anchorage scan, so Monday or Tuesday would be more accurate. Here's to hoping!
It will transit on Sunday, but will not deliver on Sunday. Special handling says deliver weekday. Monday for sure I would say for you.
Since we had pretty much the same order time/config — mine got shipped today, original estimate was Dec. 9–16, Apple changed to Dec. 8 when shipped, FedEx has scheduled delivery of Dec. 4. Seems like Apple’s really trying to push these out before the holiday.
Really don't understand the deliver weekday requirement. Like "make sure you deliver it when everyone's at work"?? With COVID I know a lot are home now but that special handling requirement is something they've been doing long before COVID. Oh well. You've seriously got 48 hours until your computer is in your hands!!
Same here, mine says 2nd-9th, no charge on card yet. Hoping delivery is from US warehouse.

Wie geht's?..from Utah. I think this is going on everywhere, and there is no quick resolution in place. In theory I've now had two UPS tracking numbers out for delivery. When they did not show up I called Apple, both times I was told they never shipped. While I despise expressing a concern or disappointment with How I Feel, it seems to me that Apple or the suppliers have decided deception is a better customer service option than honesty. I'd have been much more patient if they were just up front and said; "We are very sorry folks, but due to supply chain and travel restrictions, and the delivery burden on air travel and further on the ground with UPS, our deliveries are going to be delayed. We will notify you once the phones/laptops/mac mini's are in the US UPS system and have actual traceable numbers, and dates."
Interesting. I got impatient and called Apple today rather than wait until Mon as suggested by UPS. I had to wait a long time to be connected but eventually got a very nice person who took down details and told me that Apple will open investigation with UPS right away. I should receive update from Apple within 48 hours and if UPS cannot resolve Apple will send replacement via another carrier. The Apple rep was surprised when I mentioned that UPS does not appear to have any planes currently flying out of Shanghai. And I went into some detail regarding all the other people with the same issue posting on Mac Rumors. In reply the Apple rep said that the problem might be wider than MacBooks since she received a call earlier today about an Apple Watch caught in similar limbo.
I have exactly the same UPS dates as you have. Same MacBook, also going to Germany.

Truly, that does not make any sense to me. I should try to look at my order vs. an order today just for yucks. You are braver than I am canceling and reordering.

Yeah this seriously sucks and I'm hoping they don't do this to me. Don't want to wait until the scheduled date just cause "package not due for delivery". Hoping against hope for Monday.
