It's a busy day for UPS in Shanghai, 4 flights in one day!

N330UP, landed as UPS 104 just now.
N354UP, landed as UPS 128 3 hours ago.

Card charged: 26/09 (the charge is still a pending one)
Preparing to ship: 30/11
Shipped: 01/12

Now it says it’s going to arrive on 10th. Given UPS not losing it, probably earlier.
Too bad I’m not going to be in Poland yet to play with it

@Eike001 do you have any change in your tracking? Mine is still saying 29/11 departed from facility...
And I believe someone yesterday said that those scans were just physical.

Subtle change in UPS My Choice. No new scan. Last scan is still 11/29 Departed from facility in Shanghai. However, the tracking record has moved from being listed under Fri Nov 27 to Monday Dec 7 while scheduled delivery remains “Information Unavailable”.

I have the same last scan. Nothing happened since then... my delivery was scheduled for yesterday, got an email yesterday, that my delivery might be delayed.

just tried to call apple but was kicked out as all specialists are currently busy.

This is getting me so angry😪 where the hell are our packages and why won’t they be shipped?! And what was that scan, left facility? Just to now sit in another facility with no chance of getting shipped?

What I find weird as well is that since receiving text from UPS on Nov 21 with scheduled delivery of Nov 27, I have not received any updates via text for this package even though my other UPs packages have text messages when there is a change. It is 2:30 am where I live so I do not think Apple will answer a call but I will call when I wake up in a few hours.

Unfortunately same here. No progress on the ups tracking front. Meanwhile apple sent me the following notice:

„Your shipment may arrive later than expected. You can follow them at https://www.apple.com/„

Which of course leads again to the ups tracking site where no progress is happening at all. Vicious circle 🤪 🥲

Can confirm. I ordered 16/512GB Mini on 11/16 (14 days) still in Processing status. My order shows 12/16-12/23 delivery date. Guess we'll see.

I have an IDENTICAL ORDER and have identical delivery dates. Mac Mini 16GB ordered on 11/13, originally scheduled for a 12/15 - 12/22 delivery. Delivery date was then changed to 12/8, and now it has just been changed to 12/4.

Mac Mini 16GB/256GB - Ordered on 11/17. Still processing and UPS “track by reference” doesn’t show anything.

Anybody with similar orders have theirs shipped recently?

My order for a 16/256 Mini was on the 18th so these three orders should be shipping through this and next week assuming the 20 day waiting window.

Interesting, thanks for pointing this out. In my case, it's now showing up under Thursday 3 December which is also the original scheduled delivery date.

`Transit time change. Please take note of the new delivery date and time.`

But no updated delivery time.

I see the same thing. No new scan, last scan is still 5:39pm 11/24. Delivery now shows as 12/7. When click to show the details, scheduled delivery is still "information unavailable".

I just got the same thing, except that in the website it actually showed 'Scheduled Delivery' for Dec 3. But until I checked with the mobile app, it got removed :/

Yes, same with me. I could see Dec. 3 too but after opening the app again it was gone and now shows information unavailable again 😪
How often are they planning to do this? Package is delayed in transit? There seems to be no progress at all. It’s just moved back and forth in their facility it seems

UPS My Choice is still showing Thursday, 3 December for me — both app and website. I assume this is already the rescheduled date.

This is so frustrating and the communication (what communication??) from ups and apple such a bad experience. That‘s how things work: we are just a handful of f**** consumers that do not really count in the grand scheme of things. :/

No new update from the Shanghai gang/departed. I have a second MBA order (8/7 16/256, ordered 11/17) that had a 12/10-12/17 delivery date just shipped via FedEx. 😁

In UPS My Choice, the tracking status just updated to this. Looks like a custom tracking status just for Apple deliveries(?) — but not sure what this means. It's an exception but still on schedule?
