Irrelevant as that was not my point. My point still stands, the majority of people did not want Trump, thus the statement that "Americans wanted Trump" or anything similar is bogus and an "alternative fact" put forth by Trump supporters who cannot accept the fact that they elected an unpopular president elected by a minority of people. I get hat they want their guy to be popular and to have craft the narrative that everyone wanted him, but that's inaccurate at best.
How can you say 50% of eligible voters didn't vote is irrelevant" then turn around and say in the same post, "... the majority of people did not want Trump ..."? This is why no one takes these kinds of hyperbolic posts seriously.
For the record, when I voted, I neither voted for Trump or Hillary. I'm simply tired of the blatantly anti Trump and/or pro Hillary supporters using catch phrases and illogic to push their weak agenda. There's a reason Trump won and it's because of the "feelings" crowd and the "feelings" messages without any substance.
