I went ahead and reserved one for in store pickup because the page FINALLY loaded. However, once the site cools down and can connect to att, i will get it delivered.

you need your billing zip code as well

but rather than $199 for the 16G tells me that I will have it for full price. What the hell??

I think that it is only giving the option for pick-up b/c they can't get word from ATT, thus allowing them to confirm your eligibility in store (if needed)

RETRY YOUR UPGRADE CHECK.... Servers seem to be picking up faster now.
 
Screw that. I want mine delivered. The Apple store in Columbus, OH is on the other side of town from me. I guess I will just wait until tomorrow and go to my local AT&T store and pre-order it there. :(
 
lol that's different.... my order went through rather quickly (at 0101hrs) finally got my Order Acknowledgment via e-mail (at 0116)... "will be delivered on the 24th" my bill on apples store printed up as $363.66 ($299.99 + $64.66 for ca tax) and on my e-mailed Order Acknowledgment the bill is $323.67 ($299.99 + $24.67 for ca tax) who knows which it'll be... hopefully the $24.67 for tax.
 
its like u stay up and wait till its ready to order and then u gotta stay up and wait to let the site chill out
 
I got my reservation confirmed and all, but my 32GB model is saying it's going to be $699 and not $299? What the hell? Anyone else getting confirmations like this? Anyone getting confirmations that are the actual upgrade price?
