Best way to find out if you are eligible is to check the AT&T site or type *639# on your iPhone and it will text you back a message with your upgrade eligibility.

This is AT&T's fault, not Apple's. Most of the processing delays are during queries from Apple to AT&T billing databases.

For the record, the Apple website is holding up just fine. The only problem is when they do the call out to AT&T's website to retrieve your account info. AT&T's website is the one crashing and burning.

This is AT&T's fault, not Apple's. Most of the processing delays are during queries from Apple to AT&T billing databases.

THere is only so much you can pass blame on another company. If they did not realize they were dealing with a freaking dino-era wireless company they should have switched a long time ago.

BTW load testing the entire pre-order process means...load testing everything in the process...
