Apple Store Down

how long does it stay down?

When the store goes down for an inventory update, how long does it usually stay down? 2 hours? 6?

I'm asking because I bought a MacBook instead of an MBP by accident on Friday (don't ask) and I was considering returning it tomorrow, but I've been debating whether or not I should keep it. If there is an update to the MBP line, that could significantly impact my decision.
 
Maintenance on a Sunday at 1PM is highly unusual but probable.

If it's just the N. American stores it really could be pre-orders but I don't understand why Apple couldn't have had pre-orders the day of his keynote.

Not approved by FCC yet, maybe it was just approved? I think it is the pre-order..it's been down for an hour, so I hear..

Yeah, I'd love it to be the pre-orders, but I highly doubt it.
 
Apple Updating Store

I was just on the apple store and ti says they are updating there store, I wonder what they are going to put in there. I have never seem them do that unless its something new or after a media event
 
Apple Store Down!

Possibly getting ready for preorders that will ship out in a month, as expected! (Wifi version only)

I believe I'll be getting either the 16 GB or the 32 GB wifi, as it will be kept in my house and not out on the go. iPhone suffices for that.

These two cameras – do they face different directions or are they aligned together to take 3D images? I've always wanted to read a netbook in 3D. That would be amazing.
 
This happens every time the Apple store goes down on a Sunday. I cannot remember a time when new products/ updates to products were displayed as a result.
