I cant get mine to get past the verification on either Apple or ATT. I have a FAN discount through my employer. I wonder if that is what is causing the problem?

I have a FAN on my account (AT&T) and I got past most of those screens. It just kicked me out after I chose my texting plan. This is just silly.....I'm half tempted to switch to Verizon....and I work for AT&T for Christ Sakes....
