I am getting this message form AT&T when checking my upgrade status:

Anyone else getting this message? When I checked the site yesterday it said I had an upgrade...

I'm getting that too...
 
Sprint worked for 1 second. Then couldnt authenticate me. now sprint.com is down too...

Att wont let me get past upgrade eligibility. Im going to go with which ever loads first

iPhone 4 screen of options...WTF??

I tried several times -- same result :mad:

If you login to your normal account and try to upgrade from there. When the iPhones come up select Apple on the left and then the 4S shows up.
 
I've been through the process multiple times on Apple.com to no avail, ends every time in an error:

I then tried ATT.com and it also ends in an error:

There was a problem with your request.

Apparently neither site supports upgrading a Premier account. WTF?
 
I cant get mine to get past the verification on either Apple or ATT. I have a FAN discount through my employer. I wonder if that is what is causing the problem?

Was wondering the same thing too. Both of our accounts are FANs. If that is the case then poops to AT&T.
 
My eyes are going crosseyed from all of this entering the same crap over and over and watching the spinny wheel of death.
 
If I can't access the AT&T site to upgrade, not sure why I would think Apple would be able to access it then. We're almost in 2012. Stuff like this should not be happening.
 
I'm a retard. Could have just pre-ordered when I'd normally wake up around 5 am. But instead I awake at 2:30 for no ****ing reason.
 
Couldn't AT&T. Apple came up but almost got to the end and noticed AT&T was up. Apple got stuck. so, I ended in ordering it from AT&T.
 
Anyone with a FAN # got through with AT&T?

Got a Disney FAN account. Same problem here. Got this error.

Tried to go through At&t site, was trying to force me to remove my unlimited data plan. Total joke.....

This is really annoying. I need to buy through Apple so I can use a $200 gift card I received for Christmas last year, and it's annoying to hear the carriers are giving better buying experiences than Apple itself.

I have a FAN discount and I got through verification twice. It doesn't seem to be going through now, though.
 
EPIC FAIL all around. Can't order thru Apple. Can't order thru AT&T website. Can't order through the iPhone App "Apple Store"

I'm experiencing the same thing!!!! Starting to think I should just go to bed because I'm screwed bc of my FAN account!

However the Apple website times out when I attempt to login. Luckily I have a couple days to hold my position in line.
