This happened to me too!! I don't know what the deal is. Are you on a family plan because I am and someone had mentioned earlier they are only doing single phone plans right now and that might be it

Nope. One line, eligible for an upgrade for a month, Sprint's been begging me to buy one since July.... and of course Sprint's site is down if you try to order or view your account. I'm about to give up and do it in the AM.

Got my line through Apple and upgraded two other lines on my family plan on AT&T's site for my parents.

Good night y'all and good luck!

Same. Is there a reason they screw their FAN customers?

It just worked for me.
32 gig black!

Nope. AT&T leads to the iPhone 4 ONLY.

There's a Pre-Order button for the iPhone 4S
Click
Enter data as an existing customer
Click
Eligible for an upgrade! Yaay...
Click to order and I get a
iPhone 4 screen of options...WTF??

I tried several times -- same result

4 year customer of AT&T until tonight. Tried to pre-order but could not. I'm now a VZW customer!
