lovely - says i have to cancel my prior order before finishing this order. ummm....att...i didn't upgrade yet!!

I have the $10 1000 text, but my confirmation email says: 'Services and features already on your account may not be listed below.' So hopefully that's the reason it doesn't show up.
 
went and ordered through verizon.. even though i had $150 apple gift card.. really pissed about that. Apple get ur crap together next time. This is unacceptable.

AT&T site says, after telling me I am eligible, that they cannot process the order online and I must call during normal business hours. They have no intention of providing enough temporary capacity to handle the flood. Wait for it, wait for it. The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round.
 
Did anyone get the "We Have an iPhone For You" reservation screen?

I just got a message saying that they will reserve an iPhone for you if you log in, and you can come back and continue the purchase process? I signed in and was sent a confirmation email.
 
I think that even though they're asking you to input the pre-auth info, it's skipping the pre-auth step, and it'll get done when you go to confirm your reservation.

Whoops. By the time I posted this, I saw like 10 new posts saying that they had gotten this screen. Haha, never mind!

JUST GOT THIS TOO. It worked for me though. I KNOW this is AT&T's ****ing fault...they are ridiculous. 4 years and they STILL couldn't get this right.
 
Apple wasn't working for me, so I logged into my account on ATT and did it there. It went through the first time, and took me longer to enter my credit card info than the whole rest of the process.

The only thing I kept checking was to make sure it said 4S and not just 4...

Finally was able to get through the completion link for my wife's account.

Two 4Ss ordered, off to play more Fruit Ninja for Kinect before bed, because I'm an idiot and it's 2AM and my arms hurt but I'm too filled with energy to sleep.
