Spent the whole day in chats & calls with Apple Support, still going on… I‘ve been told „it‘s normal“, I was asked to bring it to an Apple Store to check out, then finally was allowed to upload a video and was asked again to bring it to a store to repair, until they finally realized I bought it directly from Apple and am within the 14 days after purchase, so exchange might be an option. I was forwarded to the colleagues managing exchanges only to learn they aren‘t working today and the call was ended. 😮💨I can also hear that noise, but only at the back of my ASD. Sitting in front I don't hear it.
Could it also depend on how much power the MacBook is drawing?
@KandiMountain let us know what Apple tells you. I am also based in Germany.
Hoping I don’t have to start over completely with the next person I speak with tomorrow…
