Hmmm, the Dell might be on eBay by June. $499 or £400-£500 quid is ok. Not great but when I'm standing in the Apple Store, debit card in hand, enough to tempt me
Maybe if you could tether it via BT to your iPhone for data, but probably not even then. I warned my wife I would be making a purchase today if I liked what I saw but this device actually has me chuckling it's so terrible. I almost think this device's sole purpose is to see just how far from sanity Steve can lure people with his reality distortion field. Similar to the way Hank Hill says he's fine with tatoos so you can identify people who "aren't right" just by looking at them, you'll be able to identify the clueless fan boi simply by seeing they carry one of these.

So much for the 3G naysayers. $14.99 (limited data) to $29.99 (unlimited) through ATT purchased through App Store, prepaid no contract. Unlocked, so you can go to another carrier if they offer a better deal.

Heh. I bet Jobs could have said it cost $1.75 and Apple will pay you to take 3G data and this guy's response would've still been "No thanks."
The pricing is incredible. I figured it'd be completly out of my price range. This is going to sell pretty well. I like the keyboard dock too. Nice touch.

What were you folks expecting? A tablet straight out of Star Trek or Avatar?
We're NOT there yet. I feel bad for you Apple fans for not having your expectations met.
The tablet is not perfect, but it is a very good start to get the momentum going.
Oh, and that keyboard dock thing? LOOK at it carefully. Does it not remind you of the old school original 1984 Mac setup?
They've gone 'old school' in a new way. It's a frickin' computer! I CALLED IT!!!!!
