There are 75 million Americans on Parler now? From what, 75 million Americans?
True. My country has had plenty of riots where the government literally had to block Facebook and other social media/messaging services for a day to curtail them. Yet I don’t see Facebook/Twitter doing anything about their platform. Why not ban Facebook and Twitter since many blm supporters used it to start riots and spread hate also they let terrorists on the platform but that’s ok for them
Let's not forget about the pipe bombs, or one of the ladies who was arrested in Arkansas? (or AL?) that had carried a gun and Molotov cocktails in her bag.Yes, it was so non-violent that five people died including a police officer and somewhere around 50 other officers were hospitalized.
No... I mean do not remove Parler... it censors everyone on app.
They have a bonafide moderation policy, though imperfect. Parler does not.I wonder what app protestors used to coordinate the occupation of the Hart Senate Office Building in 2018 when 302 protestors were arrested by Capital Police for illegally demonstrating in the Senate Office Building and refusing to leave. I don't recall Facebook or Twitter even being mentioned as a tool for these protestors to coordinate their activities. They must have all just had the same idea at the same time - pure coincidence.

Kavanaugh protesters arrested at Capitol, after thousands march on Supreme Court
Thousands of liberal protesters, fired up by Massachusetts Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren, marched up Capitol Hill on Thursday to protest Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court and put the pressure on the handful of undecided senators who will decide whether Kavanaugh gets confirmed...www.foxnews.com
Tim is going to have a hard time coping about losing $30 profit from you.I guess I need to cancel the HomePod Mini I just ordered.
Wait, you're telling me that if I were to go on Parler and threaten violence, that it's ok because it's an "opinion?" These aren't opinions bud, these are full on threats that are being acted on with no censorship. How is this not a freedom of speech issue? Apple is threatening to ban an app for refusing to censor certain opinions.
There is censorship, and there is inciting violence. DT falls on the latter.Wow, full on China level censorship.
This is the “democracy “ of the neoliberals : censorship to who doesn’t think in the same way.
Instead, let’s find out the truth:Zuckerberg donates millions of dollars for thousands of absentee vote drop boxes in Democrat precincts to make it easier for Democrats to vote in key states (but no drop boxes in Republican Leaning precincts). He then suspends the Facebook pages of 2 Republican Senate candidates in GA days before the election to prevent them from communicating with their supporters. Then he calls Trump a "threat to our democracy". He has the self awareness of a turd.
No, they aren't saying that. Hope that helps.According to Section 230, Parler is not responsible for user generated content on their platform.
Unless this is Apple saying that Parler is responsible for the content, in order to be within the App Store. In which case, is Apple also responsible for the content I can find via Safari on iOS, as well?
Gosh, you’re right because that’s the only video and that’s all that happened. That cop must have beaten HIMSELF to death.![]()
WTF is going on here?! Video shows Capitol police opening the doors, standing aside, and inviting protesters inside
Excuse us while we adjust our tinfoil hats but this looks a lot like the Capitol police not only opetwitchy.com
And here is video of that "violent invasion" of the Capital Building when Capital Police opened the doors and stood aside to invite Trump supporters into the building. At 22 seconds into the video you see one Capital Police Officer say "I disagree with you, but respect your..." then the audio becomes inaudible as the person recording the video keeps moving into the building. I didn't really see the much violence in this video of people "storming" the capital building.
Wow. So much for free speech. Guess we don’t live in a free country anymore. Truly sad to see this nation following a trend toward a more Communist nation like China. It’s even more disheartening that so many folks are fooled into thinking otherwise.
