True. My country has had plenty of riots where the government literally had to block Facebook and other social media/messaging services for a day to curtail them. Yet I don’t see Facebook/Twitter doing anything about their platform.
Let's not forget about the pipe bombs, or one of the ladies who was arrested in Arkansas? (or AL?) that had carried a gun and Molotov cocktails in her bag.

You guys aren't getting the point here. The app is being banned because they do not moderate people who promote violence. Twitter, Facebook and Instagram DO, even though it may not be perfect, its there.
I wonder what app protestors used to coordinate the occupation of the Hart Senate Office Building in 2018 when 302 protestors were arrested by Capital Police for illegally demonstrating in the Senate Office Building and refusing to leave. I don't recall Facebook or Twitter even being mentioned as a tool for these protestors to coordinate their activities. They must have all just had the same idea at the same time - pure coincidence.

Strange, for the past 4 years the never Trumpers, “resistance”, Black Lives Matter, antifa, et al. Has been actually rioting, burning down cities, shooting people, etc. incited by the rabid “woke” establishment, the national security state, the new hateful “progressives”, but nobody bats an eye. If I remember correctly, the slogan they would chant as they flip over and set fire to police cars and loot local businesses was “this is what democracy looks like!”

And here is video of that "violent invasion" of the Capital Building when Capital Police opened the doors and stood aside to invite Trump supporters into the building. At 22 seconds into the video you see one Capital Police Officer say "I disagree with you, but respect your..." then the audio becomes inaudible as the person recording the video keeps moving into the building. I didn't really see the much violence in this video of people "storming" the capital building.

You know, there is a lesson to be learned here for every developer of an app which really just unnecessarily repackages web content: make a fully functional mobile website and you won't have to worry about whether people are able to (or want to) download your app!
Just canceled my MBP and iPhone order. I refuse to support a company that bends over for China but censors entire US platforms
