I have been a Apple owner since before the Mac (1984). While it is a premium brand, the value of electronics drops rapidly. I really hate that they have raised their prices. I am afraid Apple has done the stockholders a disservice this time. Of course they have people much smarter than I determining these things, but I have been around longer than they have. I realize they make a lot of money per device as soon as R&D is paid off, but come on. Current pricing is outrageous. If I am "thinking differently", then perhaps they should also. Older people want a smaller phone, not a larger one. A Larger Screen computer with a standard keyboard that works - not a 12" MacBook with a keyboard that is broken out of the box. The iOS file system is a joke - Even I have trouble navigating it. I hope I am wrong and not continue to wish I had sold my single largest stock holding a short while ago. This business of increasing prices in a market that is price sensitive is for the birds. Also, there is no room for engineering and manufacturing mistakes - the customer is not forgiving . . . he goes elsewhere.
