Better hope they got some better servers since. It isn't as if they're streaming to any bit of hardware either, only supported Apple ones.

It's been way too long - must be about new Mac minis. All the rest of the items were recently refreshed. I'm guessing a new white Mac pro design for the Mac mini, possibly half the height.

Live stream yes of course...

It's probably safe to say "Why wouldn't Apple do this ?"

Just hope nothing bad happenings this time.

QUite frankley, it would actually be better to stream to Youtube, since Google has way more bandwith anyway.

This would cut down of most of the issues Apple has had recently too with streaming in the past.

Apple thinks it can do this, and they have even introduced their own CDN to cope with the excessive loads.

But its not helping much when it comes to streams.

However I bet Google will be able to handle it, no problem.

That graphic is very remenicent of the classic Apple logo. Perhaps the tag line indicates either the resurrection of a classic product line or otherwise some idea they toyed with long ago?

The new iPad is going to be called the iPad Newton - you heard it here first!

Or, the new iMac is just going to be called the "Macintosh".

(One of these suggestions is more sensible than the other)

EDIT: come to think of it, if the new iPad features a stylus, the first suggestion might not be so far off the mark, either.

"It's been way too long" since they've updated the Mac mini, but I'm not going to hold my breath knowing Apple's history.

The widescreen appearance of the logo makes me think of those ultra-wide aspect ratio monitors that are coming out. Maybe retina Thunderbolt widescreen monitors?

Would love a Mini refresh; i7 Haswell with discrete graphics, 16GB RAM soldered in, and a 256 Gb SSD as the only user-upgradeable part. A little smaller than the current Mini, but in black anodized al-u-minium, $600.

But what I actually expect is a Mini with basically the same design as the current one, only with Haswell and normal Intel graphics, but available in a variety of colors. It's been too long since we've had Macs in designer colors, is my actual guess.

I'm still laughing over that photoshop on p.2. Brilliant!
