It is. It is from an article on developer.apple.com. What's interesting is that the article says that other browsers only need a Quicktime or ActiveX plugin to view the HTTP live stream, although I tried with firefox and it didn't work. (intel 2.4 C2D completely up to date)

EDIT: Master Chef beat me to it.

The QuickTime plugin for FF is 7.x compatible, not QuickTime X compatible, FYI.

In before front page.
I'll get to watch this live, it fits perfectly with my school schedule.
I wonder if all events will be like this, or if Apple has something huge to show?

1-new iPod touch with two cameras and retina display
2 - new iPod nano with touch screen UI
3 - apple iTv
4 - cloud based iTunes
5 - second coming of Jesus Christ

In that order.....;)

5 - second coming of Jesus Christ
I already had that one.

iLife '11 is also a point which could be on the list, at least to be previewed.

I guess the event is going to be big news if Apple decided to stream live, maybe something unexpected is going to happen.
Anyone know how to record the live stream? I have class at that time... ARRGGGHHH
I'll probably be available as a Quicktime video after the event.

There are screen capture tools for the Mac which record video. If you create an Automator task that opens up Safari on the Mac and goes the URL where the stream will be, you can then have the capture tool [if it supports Automator] set to record the stream for you and cut it off after 2 hours. Then, when you're home, you can sit back and watch it.

Or wait for Apple to post it on their website. :)

I got this blue link error.

Get QuickTime.Download QuickTime to view this video.
QuickTime is free for Mac + PC.Download

Anyone please help how to solve this, i am sure i would not be able to watch it tomorrow with this error.

don't see why it won't work on your iMac. It comes with quicktime x. re-install quicktime x

Are you using Snow Leopard or Leopard? This only works on Snow Leopard [10.6], not Leopard, 10.5.

EDIT: Noticed you have an iPad and iPhone - you can watch it there too. The iMac should be running 10.6, so it should work on that, but it may not on your MacBook if you're running 10.5

not gana have two cameras, you would be lucky for one.

I agree, I really don't think the iPod Touch is getting two cameras. They probably figure that most people have cameras on their cell phones that take pictures. I think we're only going to see a front facing camera (for Facetime and Apps).

I'd be shocked if they show off an iPod with a back camera tomorrow. :)

Maybe I'm wrong, we'll all know the truth tomorrow! Can't wait.
