So, reseller does not equal Apple Store.

In Romania, it does.

Same policy.
Same educational discount (back to school).
Same return policy.
Same service quality.
Same products.

Like I said, there is no Apple Store in Romania.

Like I said, there is no Apple Store in Romania.

We care about Apple releasing pricing and availability. Whilst it is a great story and I am happy for you, none of us care about re-sellers from Romania taking your money.

In terms of UK availability my guess is between 4pm-6pm. I did think 8am however accessories were launched in the late afternoon. Although I'm clutching at straws I just want to throw some money towards an Apple TV 4!

I wounder when iTunes will update with Apple TV apps. I'm intrigued to see what is already to go.

We may also get a surprise and see the iPad Pro go on pre-order for delivery in Nov.

As I mentioned before:

Unlike iPhone or iPad, which are released at a specific time (usually 12am pt) so all carriers (AT & T, Sprint, Verizon) begin selling at the same time, Apple can begin selling the Apple TV at anytime during the day.

It absolutely did come from Apple. Tim Cook said it was available to order Monday October 26 at WSJDLive last week.

No, but they didn't go down for iMac/Trackpad Stuff, and it would be the same time as those went live.
