that's why I was asking as I just wasn't sure I'm hoping to see something price wise but I've seen nothing confirmed for UK pricing
I hope this is true, i've been holding out for a new airport, i always fear a month after i order mine a new one will release! Its long overdue

That is a re-seller? There is no official Apple store presence in Romania.
Similar thing going on in the UK, KRCS (an Apple re-seller) taking pre-orders but Apple themselves still say coming soon. I'm sure any re-seller would take money on a pre-order but you won't get the item sooner.
This year has been very un Apple for new product releases, the Macbook availability was horrendous and the Watch launch abysmal. This is following the 2015 trend.

He did not pre-order from apple, just a reseller (official one, though).
But you could do this aswell in Germany for around two weeks...
Until it is online in the Apple Store, there is no real "pre-order".
Here in Germany, they even differ in pricing (229€ to 249€ for the 64gb version).
Yes, it is a reseller but they will ship my device the same day Apple will ship yours.
Like I said, there is no Apple in Romania so the only way to get Apple devices is throught Resellers. We have 3 Authorised Resellers that work directly with Apple.

Any re-seller anywhere in the world will be willing to take your money on a pre-order, the interest here is availability directly from Apple.
'Late' for us in the UK but 10am in Cupertino. I believe the magic accessories that went on sale a couple of weeks ago were around this time.
Feels like a silent accessorie launch than a blockbuster Apple product which I guess the Apple TV isn't yet. Don't think there'll be any issues with stock so not worried about that but want to get it preordered so I'm not having to hang around all day.
Unlike iPhone or iPad, which are released at a specific time (usually 12am pt) so all carriers (AT & T, Sprint, Verizon) begin selling at the same time, Apple can begin selling the Apple TV at anytime during the day.
Why ? The Apple TV is the same in Romania like in the US. Preorder have the same meaning.
Am I excluded because I don't live in the US and don't have Apple Store in my country ?
No, but any reseller could already take your money for an iPhone 7 preorder...
Apple won't do this.
So, reseller does not equal Apple Store.
