Don't order the remote strap with the Apple TV, if they are delayed, they may wait until the strap is ready before shipping the TV, I'd place two separate orders.

I remember issues before with iPad cases.

Forgot about the old mobile Store app trick. FYI for Canadians, the 32Gb is $199 and the 64Gb is $269 CDN. Ordered the 64Gb and it says delivery is Nov 2-4

agreed. I ordered one at first and then saw you could pick the shipping speed so cancelled and reordered.

Ordered 64GB and AppleCare from the app for Toronto delivery 2-4 Nov. Places a second order for the strap and the Steel Series Nimbus controller (as was suggested earlier, in case an accessory is delayed, the aTV won't be), also expected 2-4 Nov. So excited!!!
