Yes. They said I might still get my order and that I will have to return it.
I'm just telling you what my rep said. I told her I wanted to cancel because I can just pick it up in a store and she said the plane got delayed because of weather. I'm guessing the plane got delayed a couple days ago so people will probably receive their order a day or two later. Like Monday or Tuesday.
Just got an Email from Apple saying that my order was shipped.
FedEx shows that is was delivered to them yesterday and it is scheduled for delivery here, before the end of the day, on Saturday.

Your's must be coming from Rialto, as well. I got the same thing. Sadly, it's going to get returned since I picked up a 64GB one from Valley Fair this morning. Got a bit impatient.
Mine shipped 10/29 via overnight shipping meaning it was supposed to be here to day. UPS screwup of some sort means I wasted $17.00 on shipping only to get it on Monday.
Technically, mine's *in* Harrisburg, coming to NoVa tomorrow.

Mine just shipped to Victoria, Canada not too long ago. Shipped by UPS but isn't showing up on tracking yet. Apple gave a delivery date of Nov 6. Really hoping it ends up being earlier.
Really hoping it ends up being earlier.So. NJ here, waiting on 64gb w/next day delivery. Label created and is in Harrisburg, and was showing delivery by end of day today. Delivery date turned to Pending a couple of hours ago.
Wouldn't surprise me as my delivery date is November 6th and I'm pretty much as far west in Canada as you can get.
I called about an hour ago and got mine refunded. They were very nice about it and didn't give me a hard time. They also gave me 20% off of my Apple TV for the issue.

The rep still stands by that there is not delay.
Guess no more preorders for me. I went in and picked one up in store. Although some of the features are great it still feels like a beta product. There are so many basic things missing that should be included. For example being able to search the App Store by category, or at least see all the apps available (it won't show you non featured apps until you search for them specifically...)
