I’m confused they said promotion changes the way to scroll so if you scroll a little does it go down to 10hz lower than normal 60hz I thought on iPad Pro it’s always 120hz scrolling

Not sure but you probably couldn’t tell the difference. Saves battery life.

My favorite part thing is that the Pro and Pro Max have feature parity again. Sure there are obvious differences such as the Max having a larger display and larger battery but that's unavoidable. Both of these have the 3X optical zoom and the sensor-shift stabilization!

Apple's clearly a victim of its own success last few years. I can't imagine more people running out to upgrade their phone than last year. Of course the iPhone lineup is awesome in every respect, especially the camera updates. It's just getting so much harder to make a case for an annual upgrade.

Anyone notice they compared the A15 % increase to "competition" instead of to A14... like 30% better than comp.. So is it like MINIMAL upgrade over A14 since they have such a big lead?
And then there's the inevitable comparisons against an M1 chip.

Glad there isn’t anything that compelling for me to upgrade my 12 Pro Max.

I would have loved Promotion. But i can wait.

also hopefully next year the telephoto lens gets pushed out to an 85mm ff equivalent focal length.

So underwhelming. And this Apple event was really boring...
No iPhone 13 for me... still happy with my iPhone 8 (fingerprint scanner)

Am I correct that the Pro Max doesn't have a camera boost over the Non max this year? I'll be upgrading from my XS this year.

So just to make sure, unlike last year, aside from screen size, there is no difference on the Pro vs Pro Max, correct?
