So, they're doing glass phone for 20th model after all. Or are they trying to lure back Jony by this transparency trend? Glass is beautiful when IT'S COLORED like you see in medieval churches. Now they degraded the system to the level of Steam Overlay.

This new theme looks like someone at apple has taken someone else's icon and theme pack, from 2010's Deviantarts customisation section. It looks really old and dated.

I wouldn't mind just having Liquid Glass for the Finder and the top and bottom bars of apps on the Mac OS, a la Windows Vista and 7's Aero. (I actually liked the Aero look in Windows 7.)

Aside from some technical innovations like APFS, the reality is that Apple does not innovate any more in the software space.

That's just silly.

The entire development of Swift, and opening it up to the world, and the many frameworks, all say otherwise.

Everything seems geared around 15 year old maturity and 23 year old perfect eyes.

i liked the new spotlight a lot, contextual actions can be a game changer.
I hate the new glassy widgets and the transparent menu bar. Despite what most people here have said in the past, I think the current macOS design is absolutely gorgeous and close to perfect. The new glassy widgets and the butchered finder icon ruin it for me.
