Sure it’s been posted by now but this is cool that you can show apps as a list view now instead of that stupid cluster of tiny circles.

As you’ve probably noticed, different people seem to be having different experiences, many of them not good. You may find someone to give you the answer you’re looking for, but when you install it, you may have a bad experience. Given that you can’t roll back, why not just be patient until it settles down?

The un pair and re pair worked for the battery drain on my watch.

it worked for me also...for one day. Now the battery is back to being terrible. I've had the watch on for 3 hours. From 100% to 56%. No activity monitoring, nothing special, just on my wrist.

Got a weird thing today, my watch came off the charger, asked for my passcode couldn't type it in. Then when I tried the screen went black. It is black all the time now unless if on the charger.
Has anyone else had such an issue with the beta?? If so what have you done to fix it?
Thanks

Have you held down both buttons to reboot it?

Yea mine does that; when the battery dies (twice a day for me now!) and once it’s charged, the touch screen is unresponsive, have to hold both buttons down to get it to restart then it works normally. Also randomly rebooting by itself today?

At the end of the day it’s beta software and I now what I’m getting myself into, just gonna ride it out until the next update hopefully fixes it.

Exactly, one must chalk it up to the beta train and be okay with it, otherwise not to install on a device that cannot be user restored.

BUT!!! here is some good news, my watch has come back alive after sitting in my backpack for some time today, and it is over its tantrum.

Battery drain was horrible for me. Unpair repair didn’t fix it the first time because I restored from backup. I did it a second time today but set up as new, now she’s back to normal drain!

I didn’t restore but did a reset all settings. Now monitoring. Previously the usage and standby time was always the same.

So since I’m running the beta, my battery is death at the end of every day. When your battery is death, pressing the side button should display the time, with an icon with a red lightning strike aside.
Today it was showing the image of my charger as you can see on the picture, I have never seen this being displayed instead of the time. Does anyone know why it’s displaying this weird image instead of the time? Has this potentionally something to do with the beta?
Thanks!View attachment 705955

That just means it needs to be charged. The icon has been the same since watchOS 1 as far as I know.

I'm on watch os 4 beta 2 i was wondering would you guys say 10 hours and battery at 80% is that good bettery life? if it is am i just one of the lucky ones who has good battery life

After beta 2, my activity rings and workouts haven’t been accurate whatsoever. Says I have only stood 7/12 hours yet I have been up and active since 6 AM this morning. It doesn’t show I have stood at all in Activity but the rings show 7/12.

Yes I’m aware this is a beta but this is the first time the workout/Activity haven’t been accurate. I’m really annoyed since I have had all 3 rings closed for almost a year now and now I am back to square one.
