So that means we normal folks should get it in a few weeks?
They've usually been doing the WatchOS and iOS releases in tandem.

Pretty good odds iOS 11.1 is being released on Tuesday (or not far off) - in any case - looking to be this week (pre-X launch), WatchOS should be released at the same time.

So the Beta for Watch OS 4.2 is out today....Except it's not out yet, It's marked coming soon. Watch this space!

Has literally no-one installed 4.2 b1 yet?
I did last night. Doesn’t seem very much different to the last 4.1 beta. I’ll be wearing it out and about today and report back on battery life. Series 0 by the way. As noted here by other members too the series 0 watches have definitely become much smoother and lag free on the 4.1 betas. I don’t see any UI changes upon initially looking.

Minor, but I've found 2 changes. I have an S3 with LTE for reference

- Carrier version went from 2.0 to 2.5
- Messages now properly displays contacts with an emoji in the name. Under 4.1, it would just display the phone # for me.

Has anyone noticed on 4.0, 4.1, or 4.2b that the Weekly Activity Summary (the one you force touch to look at) omits the totals for minutes active? That data point is just gone now.
Mine has been missing since I upgraded to S3+Cellular from my S0. Did the unpairing process and set up as a new watch too. Very strange.

Anyone notice under achievements, it doesn’t update. I had to reboot the watch yesterday and today to update both days.

Under workouts and history the proper numbers are displayed without rebooting Watch.

Hadn’t tried any of the 4.1 betas, but after installing the “official release” my Gen 0 is performing so much better!!
4.0 was such a lag fest, any interaction had such long delays it was putting me off doing anything on the watch...
Very happy with the overall performance improvements!!

On watchOS 4.2 beta 1, the music name of a song playing from my phone or iCloud does not show up in now playing on my series 1. Correction, it may show for a split second then disappear. I can use the watch controls in now playing to go to the next or previous song but if I press pause, all control permently reverts to songs on the watch only.

Is this happening to anyone else?
