Hmm installed the latest beta. Seems to be running ok. Noticed though battery goes down in increments of 5% at a time. No unusual drainage.

Mine series 3 LTE does the same. It goes down 5% at a time and you can predict when it will happen as the battery widget on my phone will show the watches exact %. For example, my watch will say 90% while the Apple Watch widget on my phone will show 90,89,88 and then around 87% the watch switches to 85% and stays there until the widget shows about 82%.

Yep you are not alone. I did a drain and recalibrate on my Watch s3 to see if that made a difference in the %. Guess we will have to wait until b3 to possibly get the actual % back.

Just saw my series 1 do this right when I pulled up control center to look at my battery percentage to see if this was correct. It went from 75% to 70%. Very interesting. Would guess it's a bug and not a feature. However, I have noticed that this beta is getting much better battery life for me. 70% left at 11:25PM. Even did some activity with a half hour brisk walk and stretching in the evening. So much better than the battery drainer that was beta 1.

Ugh - thanks for the reply. Confused as to why this continues to be omitted from the AW.
I’m guessing they’re very careful about what they add to the developer beta as you can’t roll it back yourself to the public release if things go sideways. So far the developer beta has had the most stable releases of Apple beta software. In many ways it’s more release ready than iOS public releases.

Very interesting. Updating to the 4.3 beta 2 helps me to sync full 500 photos successfully, instead of endless waiting in 4.2.2. The downside however, is I am forced to update my iOS to latest beta as well. I don't like it but I have no choice.

Does anyone know how can I get a
My  watch 3 LTE battery widget in my iPhone X running 11.3 beta 2 ? Thanks in advance.

Lol I found it after three days owning my  watch 3 LTE lol. Bloody eyes I have ;)

On beta 3:
Watch apps seem faster on my s1 :)
The workout app in particular no longer takes 3 to 10 seconds before I am able to actually choose a workout.

On the bad side, I can’t AirPlay from the watch anymore.

What do you mean you can’t Airplay??

Unreal I can actually have the patience for almost all apps to load. My S1 SS watch is finally back from the dead. May be Apple were secretly throttling the watch...

they probably do man!!! I went from OS4 to OS3 and notice the drastic performance speed on OS3, than Using OS4. Hopefully apple new way of putting out major OS Updates a on 2 year cycle works for them. Cause ios11, OSX high sierra & watch OS4, shows apple is really messing up.

...

In beta 2, I was able to play the music stored on my watch to an Airplay device. Now only Bluetooth devices are available. Even the watch control panel on beta 3 does not list Airplay devices when tapping the “Airplay” icon.

Oh. Maybe that’s something to do with the removal of AirPlay 2?
