Hmmm, im in a dilemma.. Im currently developing a new watch app, and i want to take advantage of watchOS2 - but i don't wanna screw up my watch, since i can't downgrade after testing...argh!![]()
If you're pain threshold is so low that you think beta 4 is going to screw up your watch then I wouldn't install it. Personally, I never had my watch on anything but OS 2 And it's been amazing but can understand your apprehension.Hmmm, im in a dilemma.. Nope. I mean typical insane slowness but so far everything loads eventually.Has anyone had issues opening any 3rd party apps on the watch on OS 2? I am running Beta 4.
What's the app?Weird. I just timed mine and it still was loading after 2+ minutes. Also dealing with brightness issues.
Im not sure if its just me or what but i feel like that connection between the watch and the iPhone are shorter since this beta.
on watch OS 1.0.1 it seemed like I could walk around my office without lose of connection.
Anyone notice this or is it just me?
Nope -- no complications on the photo watch face. And about the photos watch face complications? Are there any complications boxes?
Agree. I will never use it without the calendar complication since that's the "killer app" for me. Need to know when/where my next mtg is.an amazing watch face wich would bebperfect with the weather on top left and calendar on the bottom
1- I though watchos 2 had more "activities" in the workout app (liking hiking, workout, etc.)
I don't see it in the changes, so nothing new ?
2- Does resting calories has been fixed in activity app ? The number of calories it's says is spent resting is just way too high.
3- Does active and total calories in workout session has been fixed ? It's way too low compare...to all other apps.
Thanks
It might not be the watch that will fix the calorie burn calculations. It might be the Apple Watch App on the iPhone. I noticed with OS9 beta's that they took off the resting calories under the Activity App / Move. However, it is still calculating too high.1. Nope, no new activities.
2. It's the same as watchOS 1.0
3. Generally the device that reports lower calorie burn is more accurate. I would trust the watch more anyway since it's continuously reading your heart rate. That said, I have not noticed any difference in calorie burn calculations in 2.0

Absolutely me too! It seems like I'm always disconnected when my phone is in another room. That was not the case on 1.0.1.Im not sure if its just me or what but i feel like that connection between the watch and the iPhone are shorter since this beta.
