I wish it was so, I haven't seen any comments from the UK on shipping changes.![]()
Has anyone in the UK that has ordered a 42 SS Space Black had any changes to status?![]()
I got my order confirmation email at 3:09am (EST) so I was able to submit my order at 3:08am after having some issues with my shipping address wasnt "correct". That was annoying. But my credit card was charged lastnight and my status changed to preparing shipment as well. I sure hope I get mine on Friday the 24th. People have no idea how excited I am about this. Dont think I have ever been this excited, probably more excited than the iPhone 6 Plus last year!
42MM Apple Watch Sport w/ White Sport Band![]()
With the long delay, you would have thought Apple were shipping by sea..
"Sorry... We've run out of carriers"
I'm just crossing my fingers in case my shipment changes.
When I placed my order for the 42mm space grey sport, it gave me a 4-6 week delivery. I just checked my status now and it shows as preparing for shipment. So I'm not sure apples whole system as to when your watch will ship is accurate.
As someone said before. It's a lot easier in the UK. Things can be door to door over night. I expect to see some changes Wednesday.
The thing that really annoyed me is, I was online and one click ordered on the app... as the site was still down, at 8.03 and it said 24th on the oder page.. The email came 1 minute later and says 12-26th May!
It is the Black aluminium which appears to be the most popular but I am just hoping it's what happened with the iPhone 6 - the dates changed and it will suddenly go straight to shipped in a few days / Next week.
What about yours?
I am in exact same situation as you. My 42 white sport is preparing for shipment but wife's 42 pink sport still processing.
Something that many people might forget is that there is another factor outside of the exact time you order. Not everyone who ordered in the "first batch" will be getting "Preparing for ship" at the exact same time.
This is because ultimately everyone lives in different regions, which are involved in separate bulk shipments. These bulk shipments can take longer to be received and then processed depending on the area. For example, if one such bulk shipments were to be in Kentucky (for example), they might actually not move to "Preparing for ship" until tomorrow due to time of day, etc, while one of the west coast might still be working.
Likely what we are seeing with the people who are getting charged and their status changes is because they all live closest to the place where the first bulk shipment landed. These shipments are strategic to allow the fastest spread of packages across areas, so they are usually major shipping hubs.
tldr; you will know when you are getting yours soon, no need to fear just because others are getting notified
Well this is weird. UPS is telling me Its going to be delivered TOMORROW. 4/21??
CAN THIS BE?
Edit: It might actually mean it will be "delivered" to UPS tomorrow, I assume.
Source? You either plagiarized this from somewhere without citing a source or made it up. Either way, not cool.
I love you man. Solidarity. I just yelled at my wife and slammed the door. She doesn't understand. "Don't be a baby, you'll get it in two week or 3 weeks or 3 months, what does it matter, you'll get it."
Maybe I need a divorce.
I don't think any of the pink band watches are shipping. My white 38 sport is shipping yet my girlfriend's pink 38mm sport isn't while they are on the same order. I'm hoping I'll wake up tomorrow with a alert from bank with 350 charge for hers. (Pacific time)
I placed my order at 3:04 AM EST... just seconds after it slipped to the May 13-27 delivery window. I'm really really hoping that I can still get in on this first wave!
