Thank you for the good ideas, but I will be in the wild for the next couple of weeks living off limited battery power and with little to no connectivity, so taking a brand new watch with me (and trying to set it up) is unfortunately a no go.

That didn't work for me. I'm not worried about it, it will get here when it gets here.

EDIT: Right after I posted this I got my tracking info emailed to me. Next day air and will be here tomorrow as scheduled.

I'd say go for it but get there when it opens! Would guess they should have some all be it limited supply at the stores too.

Last year I was able to order online for in-store pickup on launch day (Oct 28th).

I wouldn't be surprised if the same were available this year. Doesn't mean it will be though.
